Souus 是一个小而专注的独立工作室，只做一件事：把最私密的两类数据——你的钱和你的词汇——用最克制、最尊重隐私的方式，交回到你自己手里。 Souus is a small, focused indie studio doing one thing: handing your two most personal kinds of data — your money and your words — back to you, in the most restrained and privacy-respecting way possible.

设计的起点Where it started

从一个私人问题开始It began with a personal question

Finance 的诞生，源于一个很朴素的疑问：按照我现在的活法，到底什么时候才能安心地接受被 FIRE（财务自由）？市面上的记账软件擅长告诉你「花了多少」，却从不回答「还能撑多久」。于是我们决定：统计存在，是为了预测服务，而不是相反。Finance was born from a plain question: given how I live today, when can I safely accept being FIRE'd? Budgeting apps are great at telling you how much you spent, but never how long you can last. So we decided: statistics exist to serve prediction — not the other way around.

Vocab 则来自另一种日常的挫败：在读一本外文书时，因为一个生词而不得不停下、切换、输入、等待。我们想让「取词」快到几乎无感——拍一下，之后再从容复习，直到那个词真正属于你。Vocab came from another everyday frustration: pausing a foreign-language book just to switch apps, type a word, and wait. We wanted capturing a word to feel almost invisible — snap it, review it later, until the word is truly yours.
